Each page proposes a description of the apartments to be rented in Rosas, as well as a grid of tariffs rentals according to periods' of selected holidays.
The apartments F2 and F3 exist in two other versions: F2 D and F3 D. The difference is the size of the parts, the versions D being more roomy.
2. Reservation of your rental of apartment with Rosas.
In each table of tariffs, you will find a button to reserve.
Click on this button to begin the process of reservation.
You will be directed towards the page of periods of holidays.
- Choose your date of arrival for your holidays in Spain in the list of left,
- Choose your completion date of your holidays in Spain in the list of right-hand side,
- Click on "Calculate", the detail of your rental in Spain posts itself.
- If you are satisfied, to click on "Continuer" to enter your co-ordinates.
You are directed towards the page of co-ordinates.
- Check that the apartment, the starting and dates of arrival correspond to your choice.
- Inform your co-ordinates, the fields marked of one * are obligatory.
- Click on "Continuer".
You are redirected towards a page of recapitulation.
- Check that the type of apartment, the starting and dates of arrival correspond to your choice.
- Check your co-ordinates.
- The price of your rental in Spain is posted with the charges included.
- If you are satisfied, click on "Terminer".
You are on the last page of reservation.
- An e-mail is sent to the address which you entered previously.
- Another one is sent to us to be informed your rental.
- Return on your electronic messaging in order to finalize your reservation.
3. Validation of the reservation of your rental.
To make final your reservation, you must discharge 50% of the stay.
You must pay this installment:

You do not communicate any information of credit card.
Count 4 to 6 days so that the funds are transferred.
4. Balance of your rental.
The balance of your rental is done the day of your arrival to Rosas:
You must regulate the balance of your stay directly the day of your arrival.
Payment in cash with euro.
It is not possible for you to currently regulate by bank card.
5. Cancellation of your rental of holidays.
You can cancel your rental in Spain:
- In the 7 days following your first payment:
You can cancel your rental without financial loss.
To simply send an e-mail to the address being reproduced on that which you received the day of your reservation on rosas-location.fr.
The funds versed will be refunded to you..
- After 7 days following your reservation:
The 50% versed for your rental are lost.
Send an electronic mail to the address provided at the time of your reservation.
The possibly versed sums beyond the 50% will be refunded to you.
